  • Each class is provided with the necessary equipment to complete the workout, however you are welcome to bring your own.

BARRE

Instructors: Shannon & Justine
With a mix of Pilates, yoga, and ballet technique, Barre focuses on the strengthening of your lower body and core.   Barre classes typically focus on small, pulsing movements with emphasis on form, alignment and core engagement. Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat and get ready to sweat and tone your booty in this energetic class!

CARDIO SCULPT

Instructor: Taylor
Anything goes in cardio sculpt! Shift your workout into overdrive as you reap the benefits of this ultimate calorie burning workout full of resistance training, cardio drills, partner challenges and much more. This high intensity conditioning class is aimed to strengthen, fine tune, and tone every muscle in your body. Continuous movement set to upbeat music makes it a fun, challenging, and sweaty atmosphere! 

CYCLING

Instructors: Melanie & Grace
A high-energetic workout, our cycling classes will teach you about pace, cadence, and resistance. Catered to all levels, this class involves the use of cycling machines to tone and build muscle in your legs, arms, obliques, chest, and booty, all the while giving you a cardio burst. Set to the tune of funky and popular songs, cycling will have you rocking and bopping from the start!

INSANITY

Instructors: Elena
Don’t be intimidated by the name! Insanity is for every level and everyone. Insanity is a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) class that tones and strengthens the whole body. It focuses on key muscle groups while simultaneously building up your stamina and cardio. You’ll do three different sets of exercises including a workout and cool down/stretch. It will leave you feeling empowered and capable! Each class will target specific areas of the body and with a new focus every two weeks or so. Hope you’re ready to get insane!  

KICKBOXING

Instructor: Maria
Kickboxing is a high energy, cardio-based blend of kicks and punches with no bag, no gloves, and no ring. With cardio bursts and light hand weights to sculpt and shape your muscles, it is a perfect combination of kickboxing, cardio, and toning. This one-of-a-kind class will push your kickboxing skills to the limit while giving you a total body workout. No experience necessary- this class is easy to modify and you can catch on in no time.

TABATA

Instructor: Julianne
Founded by Japanese scientist Dr. Izumi Tabata, this workout is scientifically proven to improve your aerobic (cardiovascular) and anaerobic (muscle) systems. In this class, you will cycle through eight rounds of each move, working for 20 seconds, with 10 seconds of rest in between each round. This full-body workout can be modified for beginners or for the most advanced students. We will keep track of our progress so we can watch ourselves grow stronger week by week. Come join the fun with Tabata and Tabata Express!
(Tabata Express is a shortened version of the same class.)

TONING & CONDITIONING

Instructor: Justine
Toning and Conditioning is a high-intensity circuit training class that will engage your large-group muscles and tone your body, strengthen your muscles, and improve your overall well-being. This class is always changing with new exercises added every week. You’ll get a great workout in a short amount of time and learn some moves that you can take to the gym by yourself. 

YOGA

Instructors: Gina, Jo, & Allie
An all-levels yoga class that is appropriate for everyone from the beginner to the most advanced student. Classes will start out with centering to help clear your mind, then move into a flow that will stretch and strengthen your body, and will end with a relaxing savasana. All of our poses can be modified so that everyone is can challenge themselves, so there’s no reason to be afraid to try it out! 

YOGA BASICS

Instructor: Allie
Yoga Basics combines balance, flexibility, and resistance in a beginner-friendly format. This class is a great first step to starting a yoga practice and will cover all of the foundation poses. It is also a good choice for advanced yogis looking to go back to the basics of their practice. Challenge yourself to develop strong technique and get in a good workout while you’re at it!

ZUMBA

Instructors: Alexa & Justine
Zumba is a fun way to workout and show off your moves. A dynamic movement-based class, Zumba combines fitness with dance to tone your body and get your heart rate going. Zumba is a total body workout and will leave you sweating and smiling. The best part? You don’t even have to be a dancer to try it out! Zumba is for everyone and feels more like a party than a workout. Try it out; the gym is your dance floor!
