The Recreation Center at The College of New Jersey houses basketball, tennis, racquetball, and volleyball facilities, an indoor track, and a dance studio for TCNJ students, faculty, and staff. The Recreation Center also houses the Recreation and Wellness Department, Recovery Suite and Lounge, and several Athletics offices.
Current TCNJ ID must be presented to enter all facilities.

Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Open Rec Hours:
Starting on Monday, January 22, 2024
Monday: 6:00-11:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 6:00-11:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 6:00-11:00 p.m.
Thursday: 6:00-11:00 p.m.
Friday: 6:00-11:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 1:00-8:00 p.m.

Entry Protocol
Upon arrival at the Rec Center, please show your TCNJ photo ID to the staff worker and self-swipe your TCNJ ID at the front desk card reader.

- Water bottle filler will be accessible
- All existing Rec Center rules and guidelines remain in effect
- We have equipment at the front desk that is available to be rented.
