Wellness 365: Your Wellness Every Day

For the full month of April, come on out and join our Wellness 365 Challenge: Your Wellness Every Day! This is a collaboration between RecWell and the Health & Exercise Science (HES) Department! Learn new and unique methods to experience and enhance your personal wellness, through activities offered on TCNJ campus. Grow in knowledge and skills of fitness and holistic wellness alongside a small group of peers who identify in one of three stages: beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Every participant will also have 1:1 peer education & support through HES peer educators. These 1:1 sessions will occur weekly! An opportunity to create and review short-term and long-term wellness goals will allow you to stay focused and on track of your individualized plan.
