Take your training to the next level! The Workout of the Week will teach new methods, concepts and exercises to help you jump start or build upon your fitness routine.
Workouts will be posted every Monday and past workouts will remain up for the entire semester.
Week 4: Treadmill HIIT
Warm up: 5min Walk/Jog
- 3x 40second Run, 20 second rest
- (increase speed) 3x 30s Run, 30s Rest
- (increase speed) 3x 20s Run, 40s Rest
- 1x 30 second Sprint
Cool down: 5 minute Walk
