Feel-Good February

Feel-Good February is a month-long program designed to help you reflect and engage in activities relating to four areas of well-being: Purpose, Gratitude, Happiness, and Awe. Below is a virtual handbook with writing prompts and daily activities presented in calendar-format, to enable an easy and efficient way to keep track of your progress!
  • The program runs from Tuesday, February 01 to Monday, February 28
  • Complete at least 21 activities (meaning 21 days of February), including Day 28 (Reflection), in order to be considered for the grand prize!
  • You must submit the google form on the day it is presented in the calendar. If you complete the activities before or after the day it was intended to be completed, your response will not be counted towards the 21 days.
  • However, feel free to reference the google forms as you please. These activities are meant to increase your overall well-being!
