Students have the ability to rent equipment at little or no cost from the following on-campus sources:
Student Finance Board (SFB)
- Event Equipment Requests such as Microphones, Cables, Extension cords, Speakers, and Projectors
- Games Requests such as Bingo, Instant Canopy Tent, Trivia Buzzer, Tug of War, Decks of Playing Cards, Decks of UNO Cards, Cards Against Humanity, Big Jenga, Black Card Revoked, etc.

Recreation and Wellness
The Department of Recreation and Wellness allows students the opportunity to rent equipment for their events! If you are interested in renting equipment, please fill out the form below.
Please note that all equipment rentals must be submitted at least five business days in advance. A RecWell professional staff member will contact you within 72 hours of submitting the form to confirm the equipment rental.
Also, all equipment that is rented will be checked upon return for damage. If any equipment is broken or damaged, the student organization will be responsible for replacing or fixing the equipment.
